After receiving your order, we will send you the invoice of the total amount plus the shipping taxes, the payment should be made by bank transfer.
We accept a trial period of 15 days, later the goods are considered purchased and will be returned to purchaser. Please send us an email in advance if there is going to be an unavoidable delay.
Refunds of returned mouthpieces are processed quickly by bank trasfer of total amount unless a fixed fee of 5 Euro that covers our time to clean, sterilize and restock the product.
Returns must be accompanied with the filled form.
Then at your expense are the shipping costs and 5 Euro for each returned mouthpiece and transfer cost.
The returned mouthpieces must be postmarked within 15 days of the date on the invoice.
Please, the mouthpieces should be used with the utmost care and respect, returned with no scratches or marks caused by teeth or ligature. A mouthpiece damaged will be considered purchased. The customer is responsible for insuring the return shipping as long as we do not receive the merchandise in good condition.
